Remembering the majesty of God, make it your strength.

Now, it is my desire, brothers, that you will take note of those who are causing division and trouble among you, quite against the teaching which was given to you: and keep away from them. For such people are not servants of the Lord Christ, but of their stomachs; and by their smooth and well-said words the hearts of those who have no knowledge of evil are tricked. For all have knowledge of how you do what you are ordered. For this reason I have joy in you, but it is my desire that you may be wise in what is good, and without knowledge of evil. And the God of peace will be crushing Satan under your feet before long. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. (Romans 16.17-20 Bible in Basic English (BBE))
But is now made clear; and by the writings of the prophets, by the order of the eternal God, the knowledge of it has been given to all the nations, so that they may come under the rule of the faith; To the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, be the glory for ever. So be it. (Romans 16.26-27 Bible in Basic English (BBE))

We often see the masses conspiring to grumble and find failure in the Lord. Faith seems to be so fragile and easily set aside. Why is our faith so weak?

Over and over again, the Lord has shown himself to people throughout history. He has demonstrated love through his blessings, love, and concern for humanity. Even the rejection of his people was evidence of his existence, yet we fail to accept it continuously. We continue to allow ourselves to be deceived by Satan into discontent. How do we learn to throw off our blinders and consider how the Lord has blessed our lives from birth?

When you consider your life and the role God has played in it, do the results surprise you? Replace your surprise with a heart and mind of gratitude. You are blessed with seeing the beauty of the Lord in your life. Remember your history, and rejoice in the Lord when your faith falters. He is with you today, tomorrow, and always. Remembering the majesty of God in your life is your superpower.

Prayer:

Holy Father of heaven and earth, all that is and will be. Pin a picture in my mind and heart of you and all the moments in my life when your majesty was revealed. I know there are more than I can think of. Help me recover them and let them act as a seal of my love for you. I fight against Satan for you and me. I want evil out of my life. Help me reduce it every day. Help me never speak against you or another, for it is sinful. Help me grow my bond with you, Lord, every day. I will never be close enough to you until I cross the veil. With your passion for me and all people, I will persevere. In Jesus Christ's holy name. Amen

You are right; I agree that we are BLESSED when we recognize the Lord and all that he is in our lives.
