Are you living a justified life?
Justified by action, belief, and faith in the Son of Man, Jesus Christ. Justified is a compelling word, yet many may be unclear about its meaning regarding your everlasting life and relationship with God.
Google references the Oxford Languages Dictionary to define justify as an adjective meaning
having done for or marked by a good or legitimate reason.
Theology: declared or made righteous in the sight of God.
Is any other definition needed to understand that you should want to be justified? People want and need to be made righteous to God. There is only one way, and that is through Jesus Christ. Your faith has made you justified. Accepting Jesus and all the gifts he has brought you with his grace has justified you. No other act justifies you.
Does this mean you can sin and still be justified? Yes. Does it mean God wants you to sin? No. He wants you to be the best person you can be and to love him and others. He wants you to make a beautiful world for yourself and him. God forgives, Jesus forgives, and they do over and over for all time. Happiness comes from being justified. Peace comes from knowing you are justified and becoming who God calls you to be.
Prayer:
Beautiful, loving Jesus, I thank you today for offering me the grace to become and remain justified in the eyes of our Father. You redeem me from my human frailty and give me peace and happiness. I feel confident by learning to question myself and acting on what you, Jesus, would do in my life. I am continually listening to your voice. You save me from evil and myself, and I am filled with gratitude and desire to fulfill God's will.
Loving Lord, I am grateful to live a justified life in your loving Son's name. Accepting his love and salvation freed me from a lifetime of uncertainty, and I am thankful. I ask that you help me bring others to Jesus so that they can be justified. Please help me reach them in the right way so that they are touched, want to change their lives, and accept the peace of Christ. Please help me do this for family, friends, and strangers—anyone who needs to come to you on bent knee. Strengthen me to be your soldier and willingly engage in the battle for you and others so they can know the love you give me every moment of my life. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen

JUSTIFIED
Strengthen me, God, to be your soldier and willingly engage in the battle for you and others so they can know the love you give me every moment of my life.
What a cool tangle. The soft strength it shows me supports my being a strong soldier for God.
