Day 200 - Let Me Have Unchanging Faith In You

inding Your Creative Bones® 365-Day Devotional © 2023

Heavenly Father, let me have unchanging faith in you.

Because you have said, I am in the hands of the Lord, the Most High is my safe resting-place;
No evil will come on you, and no disease will come near your tent.
For he will give you into the care of his angels to keep you wherever you go.
In their hands they will keep you up, so that your foot may not be crushed against a stone. (Psalms 91:9-12 Bible in Basic English (BBE))

True faith, full of belief in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, will protect you in all ways that truly matter.

Say among the nations, The Lord is King; yes, the world is ordered so that it may not be moved; he will be an upright judge of the peoples.
Let the heavens have joy and the earth be glad; let the sea be thundering with all its waters;
Let the field be glad, and everything which is in it; yes, let all the trees of the wood be sounding with joy,
Before the Lord, for he is come; he is come to be the judge of the earth; the earth will be judged in righteousness, and the peoples with unchanging faith. (Psalms 96:10-13 Bible in Basic English (BBE))

Lord God of all. You are the King of all on earth and in the heavens. Let me have unchanging faith in you. Keep me safe by your hand and your angels from those who would harm me. I love you, God, and I fall to my knees in humility at your grandness and generosity. The thought that I am made in your image overwhelms me. I know I could and should do so much more for you. Encourage and send me on my way with your vision to do my part to let the earth be glad and full of your joy. I promise to try harder. Amen.
