Day 311 - Do You Believe in Jesus?

The choice is yours. Do you believe in Jesus?

He who has faith in the Son of God has the witness in himself: he who has not faith in God makes him false, because he has not faith in the witness which God has given about his Son.

And his witness is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

He who has the Son has the life; he who has not the Son of God has not the life.

I have put these things in writing for you who have faith in the name of the Son of God, so that you may be certain that you have eternal life.

And we are certain that if we make any request to him which is right in his eyes, he will give ear to us:

And if we are certain that he gives ear to all our requests, we are equally certain that we will get our requests. (1 John 5.10-15 Bible in Basic English (BBE))

Which side do you choose? Do you believe in Jesus? The Scripture in 1 John makes it crystal clear there is no in-between, no gray in this. You believe, or you don't. Many people seem to make faith difficult, but it comes down to the actions throughout your life based on answering the question: Was Jesus Real? If so, there should be no room for doubt and being anything other than a person of faith and God's child. It is also clearly stated that you have only to ask the Father for your needs, and you can be assured he will hear your requests. He is listening.

Prayer:

Lord, remove the doubt that may cross my mind and linger within me, for I BELIEVE that Jesus Christ was of you, born as the Son of God to save all who believe and will believe. Save me, guide me, and forgive me any hesitation. You know my heart. I am yours. I pray in Jesus Christ's name. Amen
