Father, please keep me strong for you no matter where I go.

There are times in the Bible when people have their faith tested by God. It happens many times. You may feel you are being tested. It is possible and most likely unclear where the test originates. From God or the snake?

Continued faith is one key to getting through it if you feel tested. Demonstrating your faith will bring resolution at some point, regardless of the source. One advantage to faith is hope. When things are challenging, losing hope and allowing our faith to shrink is very easy. Yet when you have hope, you have a more assertive faith.

It is as if two strands of a rope are bound together for strength. The third strand is patience. With these three, you can calm yourself and keep more level to the challenge. When any of these are removed, it becomes difficult to persevere. Faith, Hope, and Patience are gifts of the Lord's love for you and all believers.

Prayer:

Lord, in the past and perhaps even now, I feel I have had my faith tested. I do not know the source, nor does it matter. What matters is that I always persevere with Faith, Hope, and Patience, the traits I need to get through the test. Only you can help me with these. Make my will a rope of your goodness, able to meet the test and stay strong throughout. I am capable of succeeding with belief in your assistance. Please keep me strong for you, and help keep the tests in the realm I can manage with you. I trust you with my life and give that life to you willingly. Amen.
