Refunds & Replacements
To request a Refund or Replacement Item:
Please note that for most issues, our supplier will offer a Replacement rather than a Refund because we utilize a print-on-demand Supplier, Gelato, for this item. The quality of their work has been exceptional, but we know that, at times, things may happen.
Product not received or shipment incomplete: If you do not receive your product or a shipment is incomplete within 30 days from the order date, you must contact us at cindyrae@cindyraefancher.com using the subject ORDERED ITEM WAS NOT RECEIVED. Please include any details, such as a screenshot of tracking showing non-delivery. We will contact you within three (3) business days to confirm the subsequent actions.
Damaged product received: If you receive a damaged product, contact us within seven (7) business days at cindyrae@cindyraefancher.com using the subject DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED. Please describe the details and include photos of the damage. If possible, include a photo of the damaged shipping container. We will contact you within three (3) business days to confirm the subsequent actions.
