Product Return Policy

The Product Returns Policy applies to physical products only. There is no return or exchange of digital products.

If you receive a product from us and it has information detailing the return process, please follow those instructions. If no instructions were included, please follow the below.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Original Art Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It is our desire to ensure you are satisfied with the return process. We will contact you for further information if we have questions about the issue.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days of approval. Every effort will be made to start the refund process on the same day refund approval is received.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items will only be refunded if damaged in shipping.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Follow the instructions for packaging in the Shipping section below.

All returns of products purchased through Cindy Rae Fancher Art should occur only after receiving written authorization from Cindy Rae Fancher Art.

Return and refund will be worked out personally to ensure customer satisfaction. All other purchases should follow the return instructions included in your package; following those instructions will ensure prompt processing.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt. If the item were damaged when you received it, return Shipping Costs would be refunded. For non-damaged items, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To return items, repackage in the original shipping materials if possible. If not, please package similarly to prevent further damage and return to

Standard Shipping (Physical Products)

• 2 Day Shipping costs are included for US delivery addresses.
• Standard shipping will occur within 2 business days.
• Insurance will be provided.
• Before opening a damaged box, email cindyraefancherart@att.net with the subject Shipment Damage
• Retain all shipping materials until you confirm the painting is not damaged from shipping.
• Email cindyraefancherart@att.net if the painting is damaged with the subject Shipment Damage.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case where the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Cindy Rae Fancher Art will refund the return shipping cost for the return of damaged original art.

Before returning any item, customers are required to email and begin a conversation with cindyraefancherart@att.net with Return Request in the Subject Line. During this discussion, it will be determined whether or not return shipping insurance should be purchased. Please refer to the Refund Policy for complete details regarding the request for an exchange or refund.
