If you imitate Jesus, do you find others imitating you?

Are you an imitator? Who do you imitate?

Do people imitate you? Are you being emulated by others as you serve as a true example of faith, patience, and service to the Lord? Do you look for others you can include in your life and imitate? We can learn by imitating Jesus and others' examples. We can then serve as an example for all who know you well or a little.

Start with prayer. Ask God to help you learn from Jesus and find others to support you in growing strong in your faith and patience. Listen and watch for his response, pray again, and continue in faith. Take refuge in the Lord. He will never guide us to go astray.

Prayer:

Father, help me learn more about Jesus and his example for us and our lives. That learning will help me grow in my ability to serve as an example for myself and others. Let me imitate Jesus in every situation I can. Help me also bring others into my life that I can learn from. I see you in others and know there is much I can better understand by being open and engaging with other believers. We can grow and become better humans through a mutual love for you. Thank you for this opportunity. Amen
