Our dreams can help us find God and discover his plans for us.
What if you had a dream, and it foretold what was to come?
Would you act on it? Ignore it? Pray for guidance and understanding. You may or may not see the miracle of a dream come to life. But they may be there influencing you without your awareness.
Foretelling and answering dreams are possible, and both have and do happen. Many times in the Old Testament, Joseph helped others understand their dreams and the future they foretold. These dreams shaped his life and were a part of the protection God offered Joseph after his brothers had cruelly betrayed him.
You may or may not remember your dreams. Many believe that if you write a dream down as soon as you wake up, you can remember it later. Another option is to record an audio note on your phone for later playback. If you sense God is speaking to you in your dreams, try capturing some thoughts about what seemed important and memorable as soon as possible so that you can reflect on it later. Finding God in your dreams is easy for some and more challenging for others, but it is worth paying attention to. When you remember that God is within you, in the form of the Holy Spirit, it is not surprising he would find you in your sleep.
We are surrounded by miracles, healing, and the knowledge that something is to come. You only have to pray, listen, and see to know the truth.
Prayer:
Father Joseph was a good man, and you loved him. Through all of the difficulties that came upon him, you were there. You ensured his life was protected and that he was successful in all he did under your guidance.
Please guide, lead, and help me see the paths you choose for me. I want to walk with you and glorify your name and existence to others. I want to be the example you chose me to be and move forward, bringing others to you and your love. Your generosity is unnecessary, but I accept any offer and thank you in advance. I am blessed beyond words and grateful for all the days of my life. Jesus Christ and our heavenly Father, hear my plea and know I am thankful for your blessings. Amen

DREAMS

Writing down your dreams as soon as you wake up, before the mist has a chance to dissipate, can be fun. I remember doing this for a few weeks in college when I was taking a course called Sleep and Dreams. Some really interesting stories came through.
Some dreams I remember but as soon as I open my eyes they are gone from my memory only to reappear later in the day when I'm doing something that pertains to my dream. I truly believe that God is talking to me and sending me messages in my dreams. Some are so vivid and I think it's a what that God is helping me the heal my grieve. Thank you again for the lovely prayer.
