Have you considered that your Faith sets the events to come in your life?
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the sign that the things not seen are true. For by it our fathers had God's approval. By faith it is clear to us that the order of events was fixed by the word of God, so that what is seen has not been made from things which only seem to be. (Hebrews 11.1-3 Bible in Basic English (BBE))
Faith. Is there a better word than Faith to describe never-ending trust and belief?
So many before us have put their faith in front of them like the shield it is. Our faith sets the events of what is to come for all Christians. While our minds and physical bodies can be hurt by those, who do not believe our souls will always be protected and delivered by and to the Lord. For he knows that faith is all you need to obtain the guaranteed receipt of the promises made to our ancestors by the Lord. He loves us and always delivers his promises.
Prayer:
God, you are the spiral within my life. If I allow it to be, every direction I turn leads me to you. My faith placed me on the spiral, and my belief will keep me on track. Yet I know if I stumble, bringing my genuine sorrow to you will enable me and my conscience to return to a good place in my thoughts and service to you. I know you don't expect me to bow down to regret but rather acknowledge it, repent, and ask for your continued assistance to grow as a person. Lord, I love you and thank you for my ancestors and the opportunity to have you in my life. Amen.
